stock turbine wheels

I have the stock turbine wheels on my '87 mustang. Does anyone know what to use to clean them. I have tried a lot of different things and they are just nasty. I have even used some magnesium wheel cleaner and that did not work. If anyone uses something that works or knows of something please let me know.

cover it in meguiars hot rims, let it sit for a few secs, scrub it with a wheel brush, and hose off.

Not sure if spelling is correct, but meradic or moradic? acid will eat through everything, becareful with it though...

Tried full strength Simple Green? You wouldn't think that stuff would work a lot of times, but it does do wonders on certain things.

eagleone, comes in a orange clear spray bottle, spray on a dry rim, let sit for 30 sec, the spray off, works like a charm!!! i use it all the time.

Meguier's Hot Rims cleaner, all tha way... when I have my Turbines that's all i used to clean them and I had some of tha cleanest ones that I have ever seen. Not one stain on them. I still have them and will sell if anyone wants 'em!
