Sorry to hear about your loss... Sometimes it feels like your heart was just ripped out. The next time it feels like someone cut off your legs. After the second time you get real serious about theft prevention. However, if a theif really wants your car; they will figure out how to get it.

So my question: Did you get it back?

yeah,,,it's such a negative feeling to say the least.

sorry to about this....Beleive me when I tell you that you will bounce back from this. I live a in a high crime area...anywhere in chicago is a high crime area.

Now I take extreme precaution. Such as a expensive $500.00 viper alarm and club. motion sensors on my garage. gaurd dog. Adt signs. This way the theft doesnt pick me as the prey and will steal from someone else.

I saw a thing on the discovery or speed channel (can't remember which) but they had a couple former thieves try to steal a car with the club...all it took was a pair of bolt cutters, cut right through the steering wheel and took it off like it was cool.
