strange problem (video enclosed)

Below is a link to my video, I was sitting in a driveway and all of a sudden my car started to rumble, now it doesn't exactly idol smooth (2004 cobra) but its not the roughest thing in the world. However this was like a burp through the exhaust system all the way down the left side, I would say it came from about 3/5th of the way back and its just ruff the rest of the way out....almost sounds like the car is coughing or burping, and there is a slight back pressure difference when I put my hand in front of the exhaust exit.

you can hear it right around 7 seconds briefly then I start to move the camera around and it gets louder and softer....any ideas?

FWIW I can literally feel this through the entire car, it rumbles...

Hrmm....I was able to pull it up at work without an issue. What exactly is it doing?

possible that it could be my exhaust hitting the frame of the car? sounds like its from the muffler....hopefully will have time to get under it today or tomorrow and find out.
