Strange Tranny

I'm working on an 85 v6 auto vert for my wife. I have pulled the engine and tranny from the car. I have an 89 5.0HO 5 speed motor. I pulled the clutch, flywheel and pilot bushing and bearing. I have a early 85 GT with cfi and auto trans. I pulled the trans, and flywheel. My question is what transmission do I have? It has the bellhousing as part of the casting like a c-6 or an aod, It has a "metric" pan , but it has no vacuum modulator nor any TV cable hookups. It does have a kickdown lever. It has the four wire harness for the shifter. The GT has the OD shifter in it but I think I can use the shifter that is in the vert they each only have three detents right? The tag on the trans reads:
PKA BW7
011194 J6
E5ZP EA

How is this transmission gonna know when to shift with no vacuum port, no TV port, and no unused electrical connectors??

sounds like an aod. you have to get the thottle valve linkage to the 'kickdown' lever.
ps it's not a kickdown lever it's a tv lever. totally necessary.

I thought it was a kickdown lever because it had a bent rod connected to the throttle body, like a c4 kickdown rod, not a cable. So that is where my TV cable will go? Ok, I am waiting for parts to arrive. I'm waiting on a 5.0 throttle and TV cable and brackets, a double hump crossmember, 86 5.0 harnesses. Thanks.
