Stretching $1100 on boltons!!

Hi,
Still working on getting all the bolt-ons etc before i do H/C/I. I am really hoping to hit 12s before H/C/I, but beyond that my goals are H/C/I and low 12s. I plan on going with Thumper E7s or ported gt40s, propper intake, and custom cam. So, the deal is, i have everything in my sig purchased and will be installing the suspension in a few days. I have about $1100 to try to finish everything i need before H/C/I. What should i focus on? I'm thinking i'll pick up a 70mm TB, 73mm MAF, AFPR, O/R H-Pipe, Mac Pro Dumps, kona pro.5.0 or just the regular pro5.0. If i get all of that new its getting close to 1000, but i'm going to try to get some used. I really want to stretch this as far as possible so i can put the rest back for heads. Should i go with 70mm TB or 65? Is there anything else i'll need? Fuel pump? I was told the 19#ers will be ok for the budget H/C/I, so i didn't know if i'd still need a fuel pump. Anyone think i can hit 12s before h/c/i? The suspension should help a LOT, but i'm really heavy so i might be a tenth or so off. Thanks for any advice. Also is it ok to buy all the above used or what? Is all of that really needed before H/C/I? Thanks,

p.s. what would happen if i did H/C/I as the car is now?

Will 65mm still be ok when i get thumpers or ported gt40s? Also what about the fuel pump? Where are the best classifieds? The only mustang classifieds i know are stangnet's, TFWstang's, and corrals. I really really want to get this stuff used! Thanks,
