Stripped header bolt threads on TW's

I have brand new twisted wedge heads and new bbk long tubes that I'm installing. One of the header bolt threads on the head is stripped, it wont tighten more then hand tight. They are brand new so it wasn't me... Is there a way I can tap the threads and get a larger thread size bolt for it or can I helicoil it? Any help is great. thanks

Yea, for once it wasn't me this time . So a helicoil would work good? Do hardware stores sell them? thanks
