stripped spoiler bolt...ideas??

i was trying to get rid of all the small rattles in my car and when i was checking my spoiler i noticed that it moved up and down about an 1/8th of an inch. popped off the black cap inside the hatch to tighten it down and as it turns out its stripped ( it looks like an alan head bolt) any ideas how to get this out? and what to replace it with? thanks

to get the bolt out out you might have to to cut the head or grind the head off of it and proceed to take the whole wing of an then use an damaged screw remover to get the rest out. then you will have to use a pop rivet or self tapping bolt probably.

if you can get a needle nose vice grip pliers on it you may be able to back it out. If it is in a tight recess area I would drill the head off.
