Yes, both are a 302 stroked and bored. The only difference is the 347 is bored more, giving you more cubes. It's not actually a 347 either. I can't remember the exact number, but they round it off because it sounds better to say 347 than a 346.433 or whatever.

The 331 and 347 both use a 4.03 bore, the extra cubes come from the stroke of the crank. A 331 is a 3.25" stroke, the 347 is a 3.40" stroke
