Strong Exhaust Gas/Smell

Hey guys i got a question for some of you. I have a 1995 GT. Its got a 317 stroker, AFR heads, procharged, trickflow intake. Well anyway i took it all apart and put all new gaskets in. Got it running pretty strong now but it has a terrible gas/exhaust smell coming from the passenger side up near the headers. Some people told me that the lines are going bad but they look fine. I checked the injectors and there is no leaking there. Anyone have any clue about what else it could be?? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

The fuel tank vents into the charcoal canister which is in the passenger side fender. Maybe you're canister needs to be replaced.

im not sure. i took the black inner fender out and i tried finding the smell but its def not coming from there.
