Structural Rigidity

What is your thought on this. Wouldn't 1" lowering leaf springs throw the pinion angle off too? Kinda like those trucks with lift kits. I can't imagine how far off their pinion angle is :D

probably a little but i doubt it would be enough to make any real difference. i don't know of anyone who has actually measured it though. i plan on measuring it when i get mine installed and it's actually almost road worthy but that will likely be quite a while

the 408 sounds like pretty serious business so watch out, i think the AOD is only rated to about 350 ft lbs. of torque....the TKO is more i believe....a standard C4 is stronger than a AOD i heard....

That's my debate right now. I can either spend the serious $$$ to get a G-Force T5 or a Lentech Street Terminator Puls AOD, or get a TKO and possibly have to modify the tunnel.
For the longest time, I was looking at the G-Force T5, but I haven't heard many good things about their customer service. I live in an area where customer service is non-existant so I don't want to willingly put myself in another situation where I'll regret buying a product solely based on customer service. That leaves me with the TKO and the AOD. Granted, the AOD is much more expensive but I do not want to modify the tunnel and I really need to read some more on auto to manual swaps.

My hands are bloody enough already replacing the floor pans and I still have to work on the shock towers....
