its one of those you get what you paid for kind of deal IMO. Sometimes I see STB goes between etrut tower only which is usually pretty cheap, and then there is something like Steeda,or FRPP one(which is what I have) that are little more, but its 3pts mounting.
I say go with Steeda or FRPP. I'm pretty happy with mine. you can tell that its there if your car is lowered, and have really stiff shocks dude

Go with the Steeda.

It's not a night and day difference like the sub frames are once installed, but it all adds up when paired with other aftermarket suspension pieces. Definately firms up the front end, but again not a huge difference in handling.

I only know about the Steeda STB (cuz I just installed it on my car last friday) and the c/c plates shouldn't make a difference. The brace bolts on in front of them. At Steeda.com they have install instructions with pictures in the Tech section. You'll see what I mean.

If you go with the Steeda, I can give you a couple pointers cuz the install was a bit of a pain.

Get a Steeda man. That's what I had on the old ride before I got rid of it. It'll compliment the rest of your existing suspension mods.

BTW, got your invitation in the mail, we'll be there.......

I think Steeda and FRPP are about same BTW. 've installed STB and C/C plate, and there is no issue at all.

By the way, am I like the only one in here with FRPP STB ?

Apparently.. LOL I have the Steeda 3pt one... i love it.. when i would go around steep curves i could tell a difference in the handling.. not much.. but its there.. its worth the investment in my oppinion.

Also does it make more of a differnce in Verts or is that just primarily for the SFC's?

And mity2, looks like you the only one with the FRPP...I am sure there is probably no difference from the Steeda one.

I have the 4130 Chrome Molly version from Steeda and love it..Helps firm up the front end..Remember anything you add to the chassis to stiffen it up is good, the mustang chassis needs all the help it can get. Like the other threads, not as noticeable as the SFC but felt a difference; especially driving hard in turn or turning up a steep driveway. Steeda has the standard and chrome molly version..spend the extra $$.

Is the Chrome Molly Version the only one Steeda offers.....and will I have to remove the C/C plates to get it installed?
