Doing a rotor/pad job on the 90..I cannot get the calipers off. I can maybe move them 1/2 inch, then I can move them by hand but they will not come off. Ive tried with a hammer and they still will not move.

any help?

Are the rotors worn so badly that the pads are getting stuck in a groove under the edge of the rotor? If so, then just compress the caliper until the pads are free. Otherwise, not really sure. Perhaps a sticking proportioning valve causing residual pressure hang?

Have you put a line on the bleeder (leading to a container) and broken the bleed screw loose? Then try to 'rock' the caliper back and forth and slide it off.

Dude, you need to get a huge pry bar or thick screwdriver on each side. Use a teeter taughter motion rocking them back and fourth. If that does not work start hitting the one screwdriver with a hammer. I had this problem with my notch before I converted to 5 lugs and PBR calipers. The pads were worn SO BAD, they were worn to the rivets and they were metal to metal with the rotor. The rotor was almost to the cooling fins!!!:jaw:
