Stuck on the coolant bypass tube..

1998 SVT Cobra Engine Rebuild.
Lower Intake Bypass Tube.


I can't get this damn thing out. removed the two nuts and it just giggles, but it won't pull up. Even tried to pry it off and no good.

Any suggestions?

I removed the sensors and pry'd under them.
