i still have a soft pedal...recently bought a new master cylinder ...i bench bled it, got new front calipers. I switched to a turbo coupe disc rear...the only thing i can think of is either soft rear brake lines going to the rear calipers??? would that cause a soft pedal, i've bled the system about 3 times, maybe its not enough since i changed the rear brake lines... dunno what else would give me this problem since i can't find any leaks. thanks in advance

Don't screw around with the booster rod unless you want to kill yourself.

Sounds like you have air in the lines? How did you bleed? Did you pressure bleed? If not, you can have air in the lines. ALL other methods are RISKY. SOME people are successful to do an "okay" job with the other methods. However, depending on MANY factors, you may not be able to do even a "decent bleed job" with ANY OTHER of those HACK methods.

For ~$60, you can get a pressure bleeder. Or, take it to a garage and have them do it.

For MANY MANY MANY reasons, pressure bleeding is the ONLY method approved by ALL car manufactures.

Yea, the links are out of date, I have have to update some info, -- "One of these days" :)
