OK i need to get the pulley off my s-trim but i dont have it installed on the car yet so i cant use the belt for tension. The pulley just spins w. the bolt. Ideas?

Impact Gun....

You do realize that by removing the pulley you void the warranty if it is brand new.

Thats not too bad, though i dont have any cash laying around to do that with. I tried wrapping it in a towel and using a vise....but the pulley still spins. Is there something i'm missing?

You could try a Strap Wrench but a impact is the only way I know how to do them with out any damage to the pulley or blower.

I had the pulley in a vise, but the pulley would spin before the bolt turned. I dont know if an impact wrench would help if thats the problem?

Yep the impact will spin it right off, no need for the vise either I hold the pulley with my hand and zip it right off...
