I purchased a set of bolt on subframe connectors from the Illinois fellow on ebay (he also sells them off the .net site). Absolutely perfect fit. The hardest part was fitting my drill around the exhaust pipes to drill the holes in the front frame sections. A right angle drill would have solved that problem. Otherwise, all told, they were on the car in less than 45 minutes. 
They definitely stiffened things up. Eventually, if the bolts seem to work loose, I'll weld them on.
