subframe connectors?

i am thinking of slapping some subframes on my car. i live in nyc, and do 30k miles a year, all city driving over potholes and what not. the car is starting to get a lot of rattles, would some subframes help this out? i am looking at the BMR HD boxed ones. i also saw the steeda 3 Point Frame Rail & Torque Box Brace. are these the same things? the BMR seems like it ties more points together, so i am leaning towards that one. also, how is the quality on BMRs stuff?

The subframe connectors are usually for extreme hp applications on the '05-up cars. That's not to say they wouldn't help with your noise. What size wheels are you running? The new stangs are extremely resistant to twisting like the previous models. I think they say the body is 30% stiffer. BMR makes decent stuff, but I wouldn't use it for racing. More weight.

my understanding is that the new car doesnt really need chassis stiffening but it also wont hurt either. itll add weight thuogh. but adding subfram connectors can do wonders for squeeks and rattles.
