Subframe Connectors

I was wondering, should I put in my subframe connectors before i lower my car or after its lowered. Just a lil info on the stock suspension its 19 years old and as to my knowledge its all original.

It shouldn't matter because springs somewhat are independent from the subframes. I say somewhat because if you lower the car ghetto style and not the correct way you could cause the car to sit a little crooked/cocked thus putting the uni-body in a slight bind which is definately not what you want when you are installing subframe connectors..

i have steeda springs for it with kyb shocks/struts so ill put them in first and then get the subframe connectors put in, thanks for the help

The important thing to remember is to have the subs welded with all wheels on the ground. My muffler shop using a lift that keeps the wheels on a surface then its lifted off the ground all the while keeping the weight of the car on its wheels.

I think every 5.0 should have subframes....Do it before
