Summit TB/Spacer

I just picked up a Summit 65mm Throttle body and 65mm EGR spacer.

Comparing the spacer to my stocker....it looks exactly the same except it is slightly thicker. This moves the TB, and now the plastic tube that runs from my TB to Oil Fill Tube wont reach!

what gives? Can I just use some rubber hose? What is that line for anyways?

I don't know if i already had a 65mm on there from a previous owner, and I just wasted $ on a new TB/Spacer! The TB is slightly bigger on one side thats for sure, I had a hell of a time getting my stock inlet tube onto it. I'm just concerned because it tapers down to what I already had? the spacer ya know? So whats the point?

I'm not "too" concerned about it, you should see my old stuff.....

Also, looking at my EGR valve while its ON the spacer, there's this white foam junk in it.

i thought it was a spider nest or cocoon or something since the car's been sitting for the winter....but i dont think it is? what else could that be? is it supposed to be in there????

haha, Idk what the white stuff is, maybe someone got excited? lol

the summit tb's and spacers look like quality to me when I went to the store the last time in atl.. yeah you can just use some rubber hose it wont matter...
