Supercharger for my stang

And that's a problem because.........................??

b/c its good to be a little diffrent thats all. When I went to Ford Fun weekend in august I couldent belive how many Vortechs I saw....I was like wow yeah look another vortech  . Not that there bad blowers at all but damn there are other options out there besides Vortechs. If I had my car in the show I would have been the only one there w/ a Paxton Novi 2000 on there car, I really dont know why we dont see more stangs around here w/ those blowers b/c they are very very sweet.

Skip the bolt-ons and go straight for the supercharger. Go with the Vortech because it's cheaper. Since you won't be doing any all-out racing, the Vortech S-trim would be ideal for you. $2800 for a new S-trim right now is a good deal directly from Vortech. They are designed to be installed on a stock car. All the bolt-ons you could do to your car may equal the same $ amount or more as just simply adding a supercharger which is alot cooler to have than bolt-ons.

The NOVI 2000 blowers are awesome, however, IMO, they do not justify the dramatic price increase for a slight performance gain. IMO, stick with what's less expensive and you will accomplish the same end-result. $500 or so to be different just doesn't cut it for me. If i needed the higher cfm it puts out, then i'd be happy to dish out the extra $ for it. In the end it's up to you, but for the money i'd say get a Vortech. All of us with Vortech's are happy with our decision cuz it gives us piece of mind in a reliable product that's tried and true.

Its not that Paxtons are more expensive its that Vortech droped the prices on there units. Before this drop they were just about the same for both. The base price for my blower was $3150, $3,342 after shipping and polishing.

Does anything look more sexy then that

If Vortech dropped the prices, doesnt that make the Paxton more expensive?

Yes now but I mean before the price drop they were just about the same between the two. The Paxton will always coast a little bit more b/c its a bigger blower then the Vortech

IM just messin' with you...The Novi's DO look hot, but Im sure you can find Vortech's used in the mid-high teens. Prochargers, except for the differences in install, are nice too, b/c of the cooler.
