Vortech S-trim or Paxton Novi 2000 if you have a stock block keep boost below 15lbs. Both of these will be good if you plane on upgrading your engine for more performance. If not then Paxton Novi 1000. Just remember stock blocks are only good for about 500hp before then split. Vortech owns Paxton so the quality of each are very good. If in the future you want to run more than 15lbs then you should upgrade to a R302 or Dart block w/good internals then you will be able to run boost up to 20lbs. on the S-trim or 25lbs. on the Novi 2000. hope this helps out. Good luck!!!!!

You wanna car the pulls hard up top, go with a Paxton, Vortech, or ATI. You want stump pulling torque and excellent over all driveability, got with a Kenne Bell or Eaton.

And, the AFR 165's should work just fine for your daily driver/not going for crazy hp application.

For a street set-up look at the Prochargers, intercooled on the street makes more sense.

my thoughts on the heads where since theres no emissions here ill just go with the afr 185's. for an engine set up im either going just a rebuild with good internals or have a 347 strokers put on it. would it be a better idea to get a better block, thats the thought i got from skpm316 reply. and where would be a good place to look for and buy a s/c since there prices have dropped?

If you are planning on making more than 500 hp then Yes a DART or R302 block w/good iternals is a must for long gevity. STOCK block is only good for around 500 hp before it splits. Look at www.superchargersonline.com they have great sollections on every superchargers. Vortech and Paxton ( which is owned by Vortech) have dropped thier prices.
