Roush Superchargers

Hey guys I have a few questions. My Saleen has a Vortech S-trim V-1 supercharger right now and has a 6lb pully with a Andersen powerpipe, all and all it's putting out 9lbs of boost. Right now it's putting out 470rwhp and 485 rwtq. I want about 600rwhp and 600 rwtq. So my question is can I achieve this with my current supercharger, safely???? Or should I just upgrade to a T-trim charger??? And would this conflict with the Robert Yates Racing heads that I have on it??? I already know that I would have to upgrade my fuel lines and such but it sure would be nice to just upgrade the pulley. Thanks

Chris

I would recommend going with the T-trim. Which motor does your car have? Its kinda confusing with the heads you listed. To make 600 rwhp be ready to go into the short block and replace the rotating assembly. For the fuel system you will be pushing the stock system even if you upgrade the rails. The rails that run for the tank to the the engine back may have to be upgraded. I did mine at one time along with a sumped tank and twin aeromotive pumps. I made more than 600 but once you pass a certain threshold the cost isn't that different.

well I have a 281 4v cobra motor. With head work done to it. I know that I would have to replace the fuel lines and rails and probably injectors but as it is right now I have 42lb injectors. But I did my research and it said that the 4v motors in 98 were good for around 800hp
