Hey Everyone

I'm planning on putting in a vortech supercharger this spring but I've noticed that VORTECH has a couple of different Kits. for example V-1 / S-trim and V-2 SQ-S-Trim. Does anyone know what the difference is between these or is their a better Vortech kit then those. Also do these kits come with intercoolers. I also have concerns about fitting issues since the COBRA engine sits differently from the GT.
Thanks in advance for any Help/Guidance.

The V-2 SQ S-trim is just the more quiet version of the standard V-1 S-trim. Go with the V-2, you will love it as I do mine. The kit will bolt to the Cobra engine exactly the same. An oil cooler is the only major external difference between a standard GT 5 liter and the Cobra 5 liter. The kit does not come with any coolers.

it all boils down to personal preference as far as the v1 and v2 go. i love the obnoxious squeal that comes from the v1 as opposed to the quiet idle of the v2. the gt and cobra kit are the same as was said before. there is no intercooled kit offered for the 94/95 either because of lack of space between the blower and throttle body. if you go with a fox t/b setup, you may be able to fit the water to air intercooler in that is made for the fox, but you may want to contact vortech about that first.
