Back to thinking about a supercharger. I'm looking for an entry level kit but I want to be able to upgrade down the line. Either going vortech v-1 or paxton 1000. I know they are now the same company and there are only small differences such as the thicker bracket, etc. What would it take to increase the psi on these kits to above 5-6? Also, I have heard video clips of the v-1 and have read about the v-1 one being loud. I want to hear the supercharger.... How does the novi 1k compare in sound with the v-1? Lastly, im planning on building either a 306 or 331 this winter, do you think it would be better for me to save up the money for a novi 2000 kit, or stick to an entry level kit? I'm sticking with a stock block so with h/c/i im thinking the novi 2k would be pushing it. Plus the novi 1k and v-1 kits are under 2k
