Surfside Mustangs in Escondido?

Anyone part of this club? I'd like to join a mustang club and my girlfriend and I drive up the coast through escondido at least once or twice a week, just to waste gas polute the earth and look at the view while riding in my stang. It would be nice to arrange to come up during meetings and see other people's rides.

our webpage is under construction and has been delayed a bit, our web guy broke himself doing motocross, hell be ok but is out of commision. In the mean time I post most things either in SoCalStangs or TheMustangSource Forums, I occasionally come back to here but it seems like less traffic from the SoCal region here.

Here is a link to the upcoming events...

I will be adding two from the Ferrari Club of SD once I get more info from them.

And we are trying to see who would be interested in a cruise and lunch type of deal, here is the link to that

in the mean time this weekend there is the SAAC event at Cali Speedway, I dont think I can make it to that and this sunday there is the monthly show at Daltons in San Marcos

Every 1st Sunday of the Month: Car Show - Dalton's Roadhouse
This show is held the 1st Sunday of every month at Dalton's Roadhouse in San Marcos (map can be found at http://www.daltonsroadhouse.com. It starts around 11:00, although people usually start showing up a little earlier. Dalton's serves an excellent BBQ lunch for $10.
They usually have 40-50 cars, mostly classic muscle cars and street rods, but also some late model muscle cars. It would be nice to have a strong showing.
11:00 AM - 03:00 PM
This event repeats on the first Sunday of every month until 05/12/2014

I will be at this. There is also an event being put on at fiesta island on the 4th by the Tbird and cougar club.

I'm planning on performing an engine swap (Ford 5.0L H.O.) on my '93 Miata.
The California Air Rersources Board (CARB) requirements on engine swaps dictate that the engine and emission controls for the swapped engines must meet the year of the vehicle or newer.

I'd rather use an earlier 5.0 H.O. ('89) but don't know the differences from year to year on emmissions equipment. Can anyone direct me to a site where I might get yr-to-yr emissions equipment changes for 89-93 5.0L H.O. Mustangs?
