Surging idle and exhaust spits wet black build up on ground

im having the same exact problems... surging idle and everything. could be 23475623475 things....

the upside.... i probably am certifiable on EEC-IV systems, vaccuum systems, ignition systems, and uh.... taking forever to diagnose a stupid problem lol.

dunno about maf comps, sorry

try replacing air charge temp sensor, coolant temp sensor, o2 sensors, etc.

Can someone clear up the upside down install deal on the IAC? I just put in a Advance auto IAC sensor on my car and have some bit of a surge problem. thanks!
