So I have a 67 FB, and has had the same suspension since. I know because my dad owned the car since then. But now looking for a new kit, I may want to drop it, only like .75-1 inch or keep it stock height. So what are some goods kits or ideas for a reasonable price. And while changing the suspension, should i change anything else while im there.

I installed 620 coil springs on front with a 1" drop. If you car has the original springs, it may already be 'dropped' from weakened springs, in which case the new springs may not show any drop or may raise the car. Same goes for rear springs. If you have to install new components, then go for what you think you would like. They sell a mid-eye rear leaf spring which will lower the rear about an inch from the original stock height while using original shackles. Fronts again, you can get 620 coils with a 1" drop from stock. Its really up to you.
Make sure you check your A frame bushings, Spring perches, tie rods , etc. If you are gonna do springs, best to have new or strong components to go with them.

yea...I think my springs are weakened and its a nice height so dropping it, basically to the same height it is at right now is fine. What should i look for when checking a frame bushings, spring perches, tie rods etc. The wholes pretty much stock, if anything i think my dad rebuilt the engine, and did its annual check-up and oil chang etc.

play in the bushings, and joints. If there is play, then you will have a loose steering effect, wandering, etc. Those components can be checked with the car on jackstands or on a lift.
You can check out the suspension kit from Laurel Mountain Mustang... I got mine from them and I am happy with them. I have 1" drop 620's, and 5 leaf mid-eye springs, new upper and lower control arms with new ball joints, new tie rods, new idler arm - they also come with Monte Carlo bar, 1" front sway bar, rear sway bar and KYB shocks in the super suspension kit - for a good price.
I just finished putting in the Super Starter Suspension kit from Mustangs Plus. It was pretty easy and I think it was worth it. All new bushings, control arms, tie-rods, sway bars, shocks, 620 springs, 5-leaf mid-eyes....etc. The price was good too. If you are going to do some, then you should do all, IMO, if you can afford it.

They were really helpful with my install (a little non-stock), and tech help was great. They also worked with me to keep the price down and were excellent about return of items I did not need. The kit is also "customizable"...you can add or delete parts, or upgrade them.

How much do you drive the car? If you drive it daily some of the updates such as 620 springs and stiffer shocks are going to drastically change your ride quality. If you want more of a performance feel (and a kidney pounding a$$ sliding off the seat feel) then do the before-mentioned upgrades.
Since I have a daily driver I did not like the feel of the KYB shocks and went back to the Gabriels. Just a personal preference, but now American Pony offers the KYB GR-2 shocks and they could be a good common ground.
