Suspension Help

Hey, i have a set of poly bushings for the rear end of my car. But i wasl told that it will put alot of stress on my torque boxes. We have pacthed the passenger side rocker panel. So it will be weaker than the Driver Side. I was curious as to how you guys would set it up. Im in the process of installing a set of 3.73 gears. Should i keep the stock control arms? Replace the lowers? Replaces the uppers? Where should i put the poly bushings? Should i put poly bushings in there at all? This car will be a daily driver so i need it to handle well. Any input would be greatly appreciated.

You want poly bushings on one side of the control arm, essentially spherical bushings on the other, but stock rubber bushings on one end should work well with poly bushings on the other.

Having poly bushings on both ends of your control arms, will cause bind and eventually damage to torqe boxes.

Thanks, I was thinking of doing rubber bushings for the lower that goes into the torque box and then poly on the other end. What is a spherical bushing? Ive heard of them but i dunno really what they are

Kewl, ill look into those, what if i wat to use sphericals on both ends how would that do? Im basically just trying to fidn the best setup that wont put to much stress on my car. Would you recommend me changing the stock control arms out? Some people have told me to leave the stock uppers but get new stronger lowers to handle the 3.73s?
