Suspension issue

Hey guys my friend has an issue with his 03gt. He had tokico blues and eibach pro-kit springs installed in his car and it did not drop at all. This is the second set of springs he has had on the car with the tokicos. The car still has the 4x4 look but now rides like it is slammed to the ground. Could there be something wrong with the shocks and struts? Any help that you can give would be greatly appreciated. We are out of ideas as to what could be the problem. Thanks guys.

You have to wait a couple of days for it to settle, at least a couple of hours, at least when I first installed my C Springs, the C spring side looked higher than the stock side, it takes a while to load the suspension. I guess struts would only compound this.

That was what i told him when he first got them. They have been on for awhile now though. They should have settled. I don't have a clue what the problem is.
