On mine the PHB is adjustable with the car on the ground, but dang it's a tight fit between the spare tire well and my belly! Mine's not even as low as a lot of the other ones out there with more rear drop and shorter rear tires! It's cool to be laying there twisting the bar and actually seeing the body move above you

That's why I just drop the axle on jack stands. Thought ramps work great, as well.

I have Tokico D-specs and they are excellent dampers. I have Roush springs which are progressive and give a great ride and handling with my 275/35 x 20s front and back but they may not give you the "stance" most people crave which may in fact worsen the handling.

I have heard friends with FRPP suspension bemoan the comfort of the set-up and there have been similar disgruntled moanings from the Press cars. All I can tell you is my set-up takes speed humps in it's stride and can hang with most sports cars out there and that's using stock sway bars and no camber bolts.

When I chose Tokico D-specs, I was swayed by the fact that most ofl the tuners use them and that being the case, they must do the job well. I can certainly endorse their proficiency and wouldn't change them for any harsher set-up. In the UK, the car has to have some pliancy to handle well and the last thing I want is a car that is set up too hard that will bounce round.

I've got the FRPP package and love it. I don't find the ride that harsh and I've had it on for about a year now. I thought the stock ride was too soft . But it may be because my other DD is a 94 Probe GT and it rides fairly stiff, so I probably got used to it

Hey Guys,

First post and looking for some advice. I'm wondering which of the three choices might be the best for the '08. I'll be throwing 20s on with mods, and it will mostly be for street, as I don't track the car, well, at leat not yet.

K Springs with Tokico D-Specs and CC plates

or

FRPP Handling Pack

or

Coilovers

So, what's your choice?

Thanks Guys!!

Coilovers are probably going to be pretty stiff with 20's, and realistically can require a lot of adjustment to just get a good ride. D-specs, springs that lower just enough that you're happy, and camber bolts to correct front camber. Adjustable panhard bar (poly/poly bushings for street) and that's it.
