Suspension Q's And Rear End

ok since i have added the d&D uppers and lowers with comp enginerring adjustable shoocks which are set to 50/50...the ride in the rear is so bouncy any1 else notice this or did i doo somehting wrong...im thinkin that i have set my pinion snubber to low and the car is kinda sitting on the rear but i wanted some input on that.......also i have just added 4.10 gears with moser axles and rebuilt my tracloc...will i notice a difference from the 3.73s??and with these axles am i preety safe to glaunch at like 3500rpm with et streets....one more thing i just checled my timing with a light i havent done that i just listen to it by ear and made sure it wasnt pinging...but when i check it with the light it was at 21 degrees!!whoooaa set it back to 14...ok any help would be appreciated

Did you pull the spout out when you checked timing? Its the little jumper plug next to the distributer, you will find it hanging off those wires that go to the TFI module. Sounds like you didnt pull that to me. Get a repair manual for your car. Go ahead and get the factory service manual off ebay or something if you plan to do all your own repairs. It will cost over $50 but its the best spent $ there is.

Look at your coil springs in the back, are the coils nearly touching one another? IF so you need new springs. What are you running back there? You gotta check with the car on the ground on its wheels.

And lastly, did you put all poly bushings in the rear control arms, or does one end of each still have rubber? This can attribute to the roughness you feel.

Did you tighten down the control arm bolts with the suspension loaded or sitting up in the air? The bouncing sounds like it could be bound up to me.
