Suspension Set-Up Sound Good?

Tell me what you guys think about this setup or if you recommend anything different thanks. The car is going to be a weekend crusier with a little strip time.

Eibach Drag Springs w/airbag
70/30 Lakewood Drag Struts
50/50 Lakewood Drag Shocks
Lakewood Lower Control Arms
Ford Racing Upper Control Arms
Ford Racing Sub-frames
Ford Racing CC Plates

instead of the lakewood 70/30's and 50/50's i would go with strange 10 way adjustable struts and shocks. then you can tune car for track duty and stiffen it up for street duty with a turn of a knob.

thats basicly the same set up im going with minus the sfc's and cc plates. have not decided on those yet. eibach, strange , and lakewood.

Forget those FMS uppers and buy a real upper. Get a double adjustable upper arm like wolfe, upr with sperical on both ends. You can set the pinion angle too. The FMS uppers are nothing more than a stock arm with a slightly stiffer bushing on the chassis side.

Reinforce your torque boxes too.

with the mods that I want to do above do I even need new CC Plates or will the stock ones be fine?.....I'm assuming the Drag launch springs dont really lower the car.

stock will work. I agree with getting adjustable upper control arms. This again allows you to do more tuning to the car for track duty.

whats the difference between control arms and traction bars.....i see both in the Summit Racing Catalogue
