2001 Cobra fuel filter is located above the rear axel on the passanger side.
Must have fuel filter removal tool (O'Riles, Autozone) cheep set. Remove fuel pump fuse under hood and start engine to drain fuel, disconnect battery ("Will reset computer, if fuel filter is the problem, did on mine), remove clamp around filter, remove exterior metal clips around hose, slip removal tool around filter shaft and slide into connector at end of hose, (WATCH EYES for fuel spillage) remove hose, repeat on other end. Not too difficult after you have the right stuff.
