IF my hard clutch problem is indeed the shift fork and pivot ball would the clutch be hard all day and night? Because in the morning its smooth then once noon rolls around at 98+degrees it gets hard, especially with the a/c on. My warranty company says they dont cover clutch components so these 2 parts wouldnt be covered would they? If not how much am I looking at spending for parts and labor?

Odd... Quite possibly the clutch. Might as well try a new cable(FMS adjustable if you got the money). And if that aint it, you could use the cable anyway. Anything other than the cable or friction in the pedal, is going to require a tear down. And while your there just replace everything to save you from doing it again in the near future. Clutch, flywheel (or resurface), replace fork pivot if its scarred from wear, new TOB, pilot bearing.
By your description, its sounds like metal heating up, and clearances shrinking. But I cant think of anything that would be affected by that.

Had the same problem...
switch the cable first, thats the most reasonable solution based on what you've described..

Another vote for a frayed cable. Had the exact same problem with my old 5.0L. Smooth as stock when cold and hard and spongy when it warmed up. Might as well go with an adjustable unit if you're going to replace it.
start with the cable.. then if it is still bad you need to take the trans down I would do a clutch fork, pivot ball and the clutch itself.
