swap headers???

Ok can someone confirm this for me? im doing a 302/351W swap.... IF i get SWAP shorty headers i can still use my 302 exhaust midpipe????? And if i get just plain 351W shorty headers i will need a new mid pipe right?? Any suggestions? You guys have all steered me in the right direction with previous questions, so i keep coming back ... Thanks guys.

There are 351W Fox swap headers which is the ones you need and you can use your existing mid pipe. I'm not exactly sure what the other 351 headers choices are that you're talking about, I would assume header listing would specify their fitment.

yeah you will need swap headers to bolt up to your mid pipe. I have a set of BBK swap shorties for sale here on this site if you are interested, they are in the sn95 classifieds. I just LT's put on my 95 but they can be rather expensive & also a major pita unless you put them on before you install the motor, which is the best way to do it.

Lol i wish i could but im using a hog c-6 trans because that's all i have for now. So there is a clearance issue...i will swap that out with a built c-4 one day...
