Did he call the POLICE? Hopefully he did, file a report and then demand to speak to "ALEX NAPP", the son of the late owner of Raceway park (Vinny NAPP). Alex is partners with his brothers, Uncle and cousins. Demand for action-No doubt!!!!! That is truly insaneeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!!!! Im so sorry to hear this hoirrible news. Usually the security is quite good at raceway park.

Good luck, Ant

It isnt Raceway Parks responsibility to guard your car. They have acres and acres and ACRES of parking, security just cant cover all that. It is very unfortunate, but what kind of "action" is he going to ask for?

As far as reporting to the police, of course you have to.. But don't expect them to ever find it.

They are a legitimate business so they have to charge tax. They sell brand new stuff thats inventoried so they cant not charge tax.

Legally speaking as long as you are on raceway park's property-They are liabLE and responsible, period, end of story..... same goes if you are trespassing at night on there acres, acres of property-They can have you aressted or ticketed for tresspassing or loitering, same goes for liability.

CERVINI's doesnt..... And thery are a registered vendor in the state of NJ. Yet CJ Pony parts which is from PA does. It makes no sense.... Its all about keeping the extra tax bucks hahahah dude. Trust me, Your receipt thsat you get is one receeipt and the one they submit and have is totally different! Tax cahs goes down south.:D

There are so many cars that are bought and sold there, someone probably pulled up with a trailer, hooked and went. the end. You can't possibly expect security to catch that.

He called the cops and had it reported stolen but that doesnt much matter. Im sure its long stripped and he didn't have theft insurance on it. A WRX was stolen too so i hear. This is the first year in a while i haven't went. If someone robbed my stang when i had it i would be devistated just as he is.

Wow, That is so not cool.
That **** happened to me once, But it was a rental car stolen from nightclub property parking lot, This is how i know. Avis sued the bar and they were liable for the property stolen, i rec all talking to the lawyers. just wanted to share some 411 with ya, So ya know-If it ever happens to you, hopefully not ever-though, Down the road-You know the deal. Although-I guess it would depend on varying state laws, but in NY and NJ-It applies.

You can sue if it is valet or something, but no, normally you cannot sue the business. If you look at the tickets they give you, or somewhere there is a sign that will wave their liability. The parking lot's waiver cannot completely exonerate them from responsibility, but unless they assured you of the security of your vehicle at their facility you have no reasonable expectation that it is any safer than any other publically accessable space. If I park in your driveway and my car gets stolen, can I sue you?

"If I park in your driveway and my car gets stolen, can I sue you?"
technically, if you in my driveway on my property-YES-ABSOLUETLY! inquire with a lawyer, im telling you. As far as suing the valet, sure-But good luck, they are all fly by night companies.
now-If the tickets state the waving of there liabilty-Then yes-You are correct. but when that crap happened to me, I wasnt held responsible and the Avis sued the bar and got PAID!!! i know that fpr a fact. Jut telling my story...:flag:
