Swapping from E6SE heads to GT40 irons

Guys I am wanting to do a swap from my current E6SE heads to some GT40 iron heads. I wanting to put these goodies on my engine which are GT40 irons off of a mustang cobra that came standard with the 1.7 roller rockers and a 302Ho camshaft this is all going on a 92 F-150 302EFI motor... Will I run into any problems with this setup I mean the max lift is only around .480 on the intake and exhaust?

You should be fine, if your worried its not a big deal to check piston to valve clearance.

Another thing I already torqued the bolts down on the heads and was wondering if I do pull the one of the heads off will the gasket be reuseable after I pull it off, I haven't started the vehicle up yet....

No, once you compress the gasket, it's spent. Loosening it back up will mean you just wasted money because you need new gaskets. The only exception to this rule that I've ever encountered are MLS gaskets.

Should be E7's on that truck motor... But either way, the truck engines used a cast version of the '87 up H.O. piston, so you should be fine.
