Swapping throttle body and plenum??

i dont think hp gains are what make this bolt-on worth it or not.
it is throttle response. the car will feel "lighter" as it will react differently with the amount of pedal you give. (until you get used to it)
do it!

It is a bigger flap, pressing the pedal results in the same degree change in the flap and will allow more air in with the bigger throttle body. More air is moving with the same amount of pedal as before, this makes the car's response feel lighter because it is flowing the same amount of air as a pedal pressed down further with the stock TB. I think this is what you are saying and I agree.

The next step is with more air during WOT your engine will produce more torque which over the RPM spectrum will produce more power. Everyone knows that more air = more power. (which is why FI cars see a much greater benefit). I disagree with the part of your statement about hp, the reason the mod works is because it increases HP by increasing airflow into the engine.

you wont notice a difference. put it on and be happy with something shiny under the hood
