I have a 1970 Mach 1. My question is what is the length of the bolt that is used in the end link for the sway bar? This is for the rear sway bar. I lost the bolts and want to get new ones but have no idea how long they should be. Thanks

Does the Mach 1 come with a factory rear sway bar? My '70 Grande didn't.

If it's not a factory bar, nobody will know unless you tell us who the manufacturer is.

It's a stock sway bar. I seems it's 9/16th in diameter

My coworker here thinks on the 70 model, you could order cometition handling pkg and that would get you the rear sway bar. THe 70 Boss 302 came standard with that pkg. THe front sway bar should be larger than a stock sway bar. Sorry, don't know the sizes. Not sure if there were any other parts that distinguished the comp handling pkg. OK, my coworker reminded me we have a 70 Boss 302 project car in storage. I jacked it up and pulled a wheel. THe bolt measured 9.5 inches. It looks factory, but this car has really been "worked on" if you know what I mean. It looks like some one was racing it. SO don't take that measurement as gospel, but like I said, the rear sway bar looks like it's an original piece.
