Sway bar question

My "exhaust" is only an inch or so away from my front sway bar. Do I need to worry about the sway bar hitting the exhaust?

How much does the sway bar move?

How can I lower the bar if it needs to be fixed?

Kinda hard to tell from this angle, but if you hit a good bump, you might hit. I don't think that it would be too difficult just to put some spacers under the swaybar mounts...would it?
