switching injector polarity?

as you all have read i am in the mark8 swap process been doin it in my spare time now i was talking to a dude in gettysburg pa and he said i may have to switch the wires on the injectors around is there any truth in this?? i'm using a 96 cobra ecm if that helps

Yea, I read that you need to lengthen the wires from the harness and switch polarity on them. With a quick google search I found the info on a couple different places.
