t-45 recommended fluid

I have heard that amsoil is a good product. I filled the rear housing
with it when I did the gear swap. No troubles. Question: is anyone
using it in their t-45? My 2001 gt currently has 46,000mi and I was considering
changing the fluid at 50k and then again at 100k. Amsoil? opinions?
