I was told by the oil change shop that my tranny pan was leaking...its been a while since I was under the car and dont remember the T5 having a lower pan....is there one?? I have noticed some tranny fluid drops in the driveway and I get a little smoke from the tranny area so I wnat to fix this.

Thanks :SNSign:

The T -5 does not have a pan on it, its a sealed case, The rear seal or drain or fill plugs might be your source of fluid leaking, Sometime's it the front seal. Jack it up and look at it , the rear seal is only a few dollars and easy to install. make sure you plugs are tight...:D

There are several places it could be leaking from, but the most common is the tailshaft seal, your drain / fill plugs, or the seal (o-ring) that goes between the top cover and the tailshaft
