T-5 Shifter

I have a pro50 shifter in my car. I have no complaints about the shifter itself, but I had a bad customer service experience when I emailed them about buying a replacement handle. Their reply was "look on eBay".

Always heard the Pro5 base with Steeda handle was the cat's meow.
I like my Hurst Billet with long handle, but admit to never trying anything else.

Seems a lot of hype around the MGW (something like that).
If I were to try any other shifter, it would be the Pro5 with either the Steeda handle or Hurst long handle.
I don't like the stubby little handles... gotta reach for them, and not enough leverage.

Is this a MGW? Never heard of that brand but just saw it for sale on Craig’s. Seems like it’s siting further back that the pro 5.0

Everyone raves about the MGW shifter. It looks like a great design, but I personally have never used one. I have always used an old school B&M Ripper shifter. The Pro 5.0 is the tried and true shifter. That being said, it is better for those that are tall and skinny, as the handle sticks straight up from the mount. If you are short and fat like I am, the B&M, MGW, Tri-Ax does curve farther back to give you a little more shifting ease.

Got it Bc when I saw that mgw I posted I felt like that would make shifting for me harder, as I’m on the taller side and would jam myself in the ribs especially hitting second :notnice:
