T-5 swap vibration

My aod to T-5 swap has been finished for some time now and i just recently installed a new T-5 tranny because the first T-5 had some problems grinding gears. Well I installed the new T-5 this weekend and have been driving around without getting on it too much and i noticed that while driving above 3000 rpms, there is a bad vibration coming from the transmission. At first i thought it was the driveshaft, however when i pulled my car in the driveway and reved it in neutral, it vibrated once agian above 3000 rpm. However, when i rev it with the clutch pushed in, the vibration stops. I am starting to believe that there is a problem with the pressure plate which i installed a few months ago. Is it possible that i installed it wrong and it is causing this vibration? The problem isnt that bad right now because with the new tranny i shouldnt really be taking the car past 3000 rpms, however in one of these future weekends i'll probably have everything apart and i need some ideas on what to look for.

Maybe Idle the car up on jack stands and have some one rev it while you look through the fork hole. Otherwise, Pull the tranny again before the flywheel comes loose and shaves off a leg, if that is the problem.

Just get used to pulling trannys because I bought a new cobra that had a squeeking throwought bearing. It squeeked the next day. Found out the previous owner replaced the throwout bearing in August (didn't tell me) and now I have to pull the tranny again a week later and replace the bearing retainer, throwout bearing and might as well, the clutch. It sucks! It really is not that hard after the first time though. If you need more help, PM me.

Was the pressure plate and clutch disc new or used?Double check all your bolts and make sure they are tight.I had the same problem and later figured out I had left the crossmember bolts loose

I just took the car in to get some minor body work done but when i get it back i'll check the crossmember bolts and pray that they are loose. I'm really gettin tired of pullin trannys in my driveway.
