IN my mission to get this 5.0L in my Miata, Ive come across a guy that wants the AODE that I pulled from the Mustang, and he wants to get rid of his T-5 due to foot surgery. Ive got the ECU, transmission w/ dipstick, Flex plate, driveshaft, shifter w/ cable, driveshaft, and I’m pretty sure Ive got the wiring harness from the AOED as well.
What else would he need to get the swap done? I had to grind a stud off of the torque converter to get it off, and I didnt take any of the tranny cooler stuff out, so I know he’ll need that.
How easy is t to clean up a rusted flex plate? The one I got has been sitting outside for a while. Not sure if its useable.
