Has anyone actually measured the thickness of the adapter plate needed to mate a t5 to an early bellhousing or scattershield? I have read posts where people state they are 1/2", 5/8" and even up to 3/4". I plan on making my own and wanted to get a fairly accurate (using a pair of mikes or calipers) so I know what aluminum plate thickness to start out with. Brian
