t5 trans problems

the tran makes noise like a chadder in 1st under load and under normal driving has a clanking sound in all gears was just rebuilt and went to track and noise started took apart cant find any thing broke or worn any ideas 86 world class t5

Was it clutch chatter? What kind of clutch? Did you use an aligntment tool?

if you rest your foot on the clutch or push slightly does it stop?

clutch is fully ingaged and used old imput shaft to line up clutch it is not clutch chatter i dont think and throw out bearing is not riding persure plate noise is there with car on jack stands in gear ???????
