T5 Vibration Troubleshooting Help

Recently did the aod to t5 swap using a new t5, king cobra kit and a cat billet 50 in/oz flywheel. I now have a quite severe vibration at 1000-1400 and again above 4200 rpm (vibes the same either moving or siting still in neutral). I've put about 50 miles on it witout much change. I know the cat-fly could be crap but want to verify it. When I put the pressure plate on the flywheel it was extremely tight lining up the dowel pins but went on and torqued to 24 ft-lbs. I used an alignment tool, torque wrench and did crossing patterns on all torques. Is it possible to drop the T5, remove the pressure plate and clutch then put the bell/starter back on and start the engine (supported under the bell)? I figure if it still vibes then, it has to be the flywheel. The dampner is only a year old and is visually fine.

Please offer any other suggestions. I know the cat flywheel is suspect but thought at the time I bought it that a cat billet would be better than a ford cast iron.

Billet steel, about 26 pounds.

Yep, new poly mount and new cross member (welded). Also it does it sitting stilll in neutral without the drive shaft (aluminum) turning.

Motor mounts are a possibility but I'd expect the motor to deflect (maybe the fan would hit the shroud) pulling from 1200-4000 rpm but it pulls strong and smooth thru that range. It will probably come apart tomorrow. Any other suggestions? Back to the original question, is it ok to start it without the clutch and pressure plate installed, supported under the bellhousing? If it then did it I would think flywheel or motor mounts, with the damper already verifing good.
