Hmmmm. This is the first thing I've heard about them that wasn't good.

Why wouldn't they tune it the second time around? You did fix the issue that kept them from tuning it, before? Was the $400 for the SCT chip? Very odd.

I fixed it, 400 for the chip correct.....And they pulled my computer, charged me 25 bucks, and didnt put it back in....Just venting...Ive met a few other people that had bad experiences too, but they were fine with their tuning just not the profesionalism

I'll prolly be getting my tune through them. I'm going the "mail order" route, so I'll be r/r'ing my computer myself. My car will keep the OE MAF and prolly an FRPP TB, so it should be simple to do it that way. Thanks for the heads-up, though. This is how we hold the vendors that (hope to) sell us parts accountable.

Did you decide if it was worth it to send the heads to M&M? (Or any machine shop, for that matter.)

Well from what everyone on here has told me im going to send them to M&M just to be on the safe side..Im going to pull the heads tomorow and hopefully drop them off wed. (this is a really bad time to have to work on my car because im back at college starting wed.,, so getting them checked i guess is some extra peace of mind)

That's good. Mike won't do any work that isn't needed. Let us know how it goes.
